The "hole" sounds like a PDA, patent ductus arteriosus, if you want to verify the information. Were all fetuses, but typically includes at birth, goes the bloodstream through the lungs in utero. The heart murmur may or may not relate at times, is a sound only sound without problems, but it is important to keep the checks and everything in sight. If a PDA is large and leads to problems, usually the child will be more prosperous and respiratory diseases. Sometimes PDAs are opened and closed, sometimes taking the time to close permanently.

Doctors seem to wait to see if the PDA is closed instead of small (!) Surgery. If you find that you still make the PDA on the check, you have many questions, and the symptoms you should see whether the device problems when closing if not closed in on itself, etc. It should normally be caused by childhood be closed to cause any problems later.

Soemtimes can close, but it would be soon, but sometimes requires surgery to close it. Now she is healthy and happy, do not worry too much.
